At eight mana, you can make both players draw 4 on their end step, and if you draw into Corridor Monitor, you can fairly reliably mill them for at least another 9 (so 13 in total if your opponent's hand is empty at their end step). The term "mill" originated with the card Millstone, which originally had the text " :Take the top two cards of target player's library and place them in target player's graveyard." As more cards were printed with the "put X cards from a player's library into their graveyard" effect, players began to call it "milling", and the term became accepted informally even by Wizards R&D. In the late game, having one in your deck can just kill your opponent out of nowhere. Folio of Fancies can be very powerful in the early turns of the game before your opponent has had a chance to play out their hand, so the more cheap passable blockers you have access to, the more you can afford those early activations (because you often can't). Corridor Monitor plays very well with Folio of Fancies - both in the early and late game. I'd go ahead and bring in the third Didn't Say Please and Corridor Monitor. I wouldn't mind two - you have reasonable synergies with them - but you really want to be getting a cards worth of value out of it before that, because sometimes you won't have a good bounce target, and sometimes the tempo hit on yourself is going to be too big. You just don't have the density needed to make up for the card disadvantage.
